研究目的：

本研究旨在比较序贯治疗、急诊内镜止血治疗及单纯药物治疗三种方法在初次急性食管胃底静脉曲张出血患者中长期的应用效果，重点评估其对患者死亡率、再出血率和感染性的影响。通过分析不同治疗策略的临床效果，旨在为优化急性食管胃底静脉曲张出血的治疗方案提供科学依据，从而提高患者的预后和生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to compare the efficacy of three methods—simple drug therapy, sequential endoscopic treatment, and emergency endoscopy alone—in patients with acute esophagogastric variceal hemorrhage, focusing on their impact on mortality and rebleeding rates. By analyzing the clinical effects of different treatment strategies, the study seeks to provide scientific evidence for optimizing the treatment plan for acute esophagogastric variceal hemorrhage, thereby improving patient prognosis and quality of life.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄在18~75岁之间； 2.初次急性胃食管静脉曲张出血患者； 3.需内镜下治疗患者； 4.签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age between 18~75 years old; 2. Patients with first-time acute esophagogastric variceal bleeding; 3. Patients who need endoscopic treatment; 4. Sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.身体状态差，不能耐受胃镜治疗者； 2.有严重心肺疾患、凝血功能障碍、肝肾功能不全、Child-Pugh C级、严重贫血和其他器官肿瘤性疾病，影响胃镜操作或术后随访者； 3.既往因食管胃底静脉曲张出血和/或接受过内镜下止血治疗的患者； 4.不愿参加本试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who are in poor health and cannot tolerate gastroscopy; 2. Those who have serious heart and lung diseases, blood coagulation dysfunction, hepatic and renal insufficiency, Child-Pugh C, severe anemia and other organ tumor diseases, which affect the operation of gastroscope or follow-up after operation; 3. Patients who have previously suffered bleeding due to esophagogastric variceal veins and/or who have received endoscopic hemostasis therapy; 4. Those unwilling to participate in the test.
