研究目的：

了解新入膀胱癌患者疾病过程中心理痛苦与益处发现的现状及影响因素。通过追踪新入膀胱癌患者术后6个月内心理痛苦与益处发现的发展轨迹及相互关系，进一步揭示患者术后6个月内的心理变化过程。  

Objectives of Study：

To understand the current status and factors influencing psychological distress and benefit discovery during the disease process in newly admitted bladder cancer patients. To further reveal the process of psychological change in newly admitted bladder cancer patients during the 6 months after surgery by tracking the trajectory and interrelationship between psychological distress and benefit discovery during the 6 months after surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1)病理诊断符合膀胱癌的新入患者； 2)年龄≥18岁； 3)知晓自身疾病诊断和病情； 4)知情同意、自愿参加者。

Inclusion criteria

1) Newly admitted patients with a pathological diagnosis consistent with bladder cancer; 2) Age >= 18 years; 3) Knowledge of their disease diagnosis and condition; 4) Agree to sign an informed consent form and voluntarily participate in this study.

排除标准：

1)意识、神志不清晰者； 2)无法用语言进行交流者； 3)有严重精神病病史者； 4)病情危重、有生命危险者； 5)伴有恶病质、全身感染或心脏与肝脏等重大疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Those who are not conscious or lucid; 2) Those who are unable to communicate verbally; 3) Those with a history of severe mental illness; 4) Those with critical and life-threatening conditions; 5) With malignant disease, systemic infection, or major diseases of the heart and liver.
