研究目的：

在这项回顾性临床试验研究中，旨在进行四肢联动训练对其脑卒中患者ADL能力以及防跌倒能力的疗效评估。  

Objectives of Study：

In this retrospective clinical pilot study, the aim of this retrospective controlled clinical trial was to evaluate the efficacy of extremity linkage training on activities of daily living and fall prevention ability in stroke patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1) 年龄为18-80岁之间的成年人； (2) 首次出现症状性单侧缺血性或出血性卒中的患者，经磁共振成像或计算机断层扫描证实； (3) 坐位平衡≤1级，徒手肌力评定上下肢肌力为1-2级; (4) 上下肢功能障碍患者，如ADL评分量表得分≤40分，跌倒坠床风险评分≥5分。

Inclusion criteria

(1) adults between the ages of 18-80 years; (2) patients exhibiting their first symptomatic unilateral ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke, as confirmed by brain magnetic resonance imaging or computed tomography; (3) the sitting balance <= level 1, and the muscle strength of the upper and lower limbs was assessed as level 1-2 for the freehand muscle strength; (4) patients with upper and lower limb dysfunction, such as ADL rating scale score of <= 40 points, RF score >= 5 points.

排除标准：

(1) 严重的肌肉骨骼或其他神经系统疾病; (2) 运动的心血管禁忌症; (3) 妨碍活动的合并症; (4)因运动而无法忍受的疼痛; (5) 如果个人对使用四肢联动仪器有任何禁忌症（怀孕等）也排除在外； (6)小脑或者脑干中风。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) severe musculoskeletal or other neurological diseases; (2) cardiovascular contraindications to exercise; (3) comorbidities that impede activity; (4) unbearable pain due to exercise; (5) if the individual has any contraindications to the use of the limb linkage device (pregnancy, etc.), it is also excluded ; (6) cerebellar or brainstem stroke.
