研究目的：

①建立超声造影T管窦道检测的标准化流程并总结T管窦道表现 ②通过超声造影与CT平扫的对比两者的T管窦道检测率来明确各自的优劣势  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Establish a standardized process for T-duct fistula detection by contrast-enhanced ultrasound and summarize the characteristics of T-duct fistula (2) The advantages and disadvantages of T-tube fistula detection were clarified by comparing contrast-enhanced ultrasound and abdominal CT scanning

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

胆总管切开T管引流术的患者，年龄＞18岁

Inclusion criteria

Patients undergoing choledochotomy and T-tube drainage, aged > 18 years

排除标准：

①对超声造影剂过敏者； ②心肺严重疾病者； ③不能配合检查者； ④患者合并有急性心内膜炎、人工心脏瓣膜、急性全身性感染和/或败血症、高活性凝血状态和/或近期的血栓栓塞以及肝脏、肾脏疾病终末期等超声造影检查禁忌。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients who are allergic to ultrasound contrast agent; (2) Patients with severe cardiopulmonary; (3) the patient is unable to cooperate with the examination or refuses to be examined; (4) Patients with acute endocarditis, prosthetic heart valves, acute systemic infection and/or sepsis, highly active coagulation state and/or recent thromboembolism, and end-stage liver and kidney disease and other contraindications to contrast-enhanced ultrasonography.

金标准或参考标准（即可准确诊断某疾病的单项方法或多项联合方法，在本研究中用于诊断是否有该病的临床参考标准）：

在T管窦道评估领域尚无金标准检测方法，在既往的研究中，仅有几项应用CT和普通超声的报道，但他们的研究结论在业内并未受到广泛的采纳。故目前认为T管窦道检测评估尚处于研究空白期。 在既往的研究中，有应用CT平扫来检测T管窦道的报道，但并不精确，本研究采用的对照组为CT平扫。

Gold Standard or Reference Standard (The clinical reference standards required to establish the presence or absence of the target condition in the tested population in present study):

There is no gold standard detection method in the field of T-tube sinus evaluation. In previous studies, there are only a few reports about US or CT, but the conclusions of their studies have not been widely adopted in the industry. Therefore, it is considered that the t-tube sinus test evaluation is still in the research period. In previous studies, applying CT scan has been reported to detect the t-duct sinus tract, but it is not precise. Even so,CT scan still be used as the control group in this study.
