研究目的：

将血流限制训练（BFRT）结合肌肉电刺激（EMS）应用于髌股关节痛患者的康复，比较单独和联合训练对患者疼痛、股四头肌激活水平、肌肉力量和厚度、以及髌骨轨迹等方面的影响差异，得出一种更加快速有效的康复方式。  

Objectives of Study：

Applying blood flow restriction training (BFRT) combined with electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) for the rehabilitation of patients with patellofemoral pain, this study aims to compare the effects of standalone and combined training on pain, quadriceps activation level, muscle strength and thickness, as well as patellar tracking. The goal is to identify a faster and more effective rehabilitation method.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合2016年国际髌股关节疼痛研讨会所制定的PFP诊断标准：髌骨周围或髌骨后方疼痛，在长时间坐位、上下楼梯、下蹲、跑步、跪位、跳跃中，至少有1项活动使疼痛加重； （2）评估前1周日常生活中疼痛时的VAS直尺刻度值＞＝3cm； （3）单侧受累，疼痛症状持续3个月以上，未接受过专业系统的相关治疗； （4）年龄18-40岁的PFP患者。

Inclusion criteria

(1)Meeting the diagnostic criteria for patellofemoral pain (PFP) established by the 2016 International Patellofemoral Pain Research Retreat [1]: pain around or behind the patella, with at least one activity exacerbating the pain, such as prolonged sitting, stair climbing, squatting, running, kneeling, or jumping. (2)A Visual Analog Scale (VAS) pain score of >=3 cm during daily activities in the week prior to the assessment. (3)Unilateral involvement with pain symptoms lasting for more than 3 months, without receiving professional or systematic related treatment. (4)Patients aged 18-40 years diagnosed with PFP.

排除标准：

（1）患有其他膝关节疾病，例如：髌骨不稳定、髌股发育不良、半月板或韧带撕裂、骨关节炎或肌腱病。 （2）如果参与者被发现静脉血栓形成风险较高（过去6个月内接受过下肢手术和心血管疾病）、糖尿病、不明原因胸痛或心脏病. （3）具有任何运动禁忌症，如骨关节疾患、严重心脑血管疾病、躯体功能障碍等； （4）电刺激禁忌症； （5）正在参加影响本研究结果评价的其他临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1)Suffering from other knee joint disorders, such as patellar instability, patellofemoral dysplasia, meniscus or ligament tears, osteoarthritis, or tendinopathy. (2)Participants found to be at high risk of venous thrombosis (e.g., having undergone lower limb surgery in the past 6 months or with cardiovascular diseases), diabetes, unexplained chest pain, or heart disease. (3)Having any contraindications to exercise, such as osteoarticular disorders, severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, or physical dysfunction. (4)Contraindications to electrical stimulation. (5)Currently participating in other clinical trials that may affect the outcome evaluation of this study.

在本实验中，计划招募48名受试者（不限性别），对所有受试者进行编号，编号范围为1~48。受试者通过计算机生成的随机数表随机分配至4个不同的组别，每组12人。

In this study, a total of 48 participants (gender not restricted) are planned to be recruited. All participants will be numbered sequentially from 1 to 48. Using a computer-generated random number table, participants will be randomly assigned to four different groups, with 12 participants in each group.
