研究目的：

探究室内尘螨的变应性鼻炎患者的鼻黏膜上皮屏障的影响  

Objectives of Study：

Investigating the impact of indoor dust mites on the nasal mucosal epithelial barrier in patients with allergic rhinitis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

本研究纳入确诊为鼻中隔偏曲患者，并且需要手术治疗的患者，根据过敏原检测分为过敏性鼻炎组和非过敏性鼻炎组。获取术中切除的少许组织和血液用于基础实验研究。不涉及任何干预措施。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Patients diagnosed with deviated septum and requiring surgical treatment were included in this study and were divided into allergic rhinitis and non-allergic rhinitis groups based on allergen detection. A small amount of tissue and blood removed intraoperatively was obtained for basic experimental studies. No intervention was involved. 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-70岁; 2. 患者入院后均接受CT检查以及变应原检测，综合其临床症状，均确诊为鼻中隔偏曲伴有/不伴有变应性鼻炎; 3. 所有患者均无手术禁忌; 4. 基本资料完整，依从性良好。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 18-70 years old; 2. After admission, all patients underwent CT examination and allergen detection, and all of them were diagnosed with nasal septum deviation with/without allergic rhinitis based on their clinical symptoms. 3. All patients had no contraindications to surgery; 4. Complete basic information and good compliance.

排除标准：

1. 排除手术前4 周内的主动吸烟状态、最近或反复上下呼吸道感染加重史； 2. 排除手术前 4 周应用糖皮质激素、抗组胺及抗生素药物治疗史； 3. 排除哮喘以及其余过敏性疾病； 4. 排除全身系统性疾病、肿瘤、感染性疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Active smoking, recent or recurrent history of exacerbation of upper and lower respiratory tract infections within 4 weeks prior to surgery were excluded; 2. History of glucocorticoid, antihistamine and antibiotic medication 4 weeks prior to surgery was excluded; 3. Exclude asthma and other allergic diseases; 4. Exclude systemic diseases, tumors, and infectious diseases.
