研究目的：

本研究拟采集宫颈癌患者血液、组织标本，进行高通量生物测序（蛋白质组、转录组）分析，分析宫颈癌分子特征分型，并筛选放疗敏感性标志物，构建预后预测模型，指导个性化治疗。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, blood and tissue specimens from patients with cervical cancer were collected, and high-throughput biosequencing (protein and transcriptome) was performed to analyze molecular characteristic classification of cervical cancer. We also screened for radiosensitivity markers and constructed a prognostic model to guide individualized treatment.

纳入标准：

1.①经病理组织学确诊为宫颈癌；②总生存期（OS）不少于6个月；③≥18岁；④首次接受放化疗；⑤患者自愿参加本研究，签署知情同意书，并经项目依托单位伦理委员会批准。

Inclusion criteria

1.Pathohistological diagnosis of cervical cancer; 2.Overall survival(OS)of not less than 6 months; 3.Age >=18 years; 4.First time chemoradiotherapy; 5.Patients volunteered for the study,signed informed consent,and were approved by the ethics committee of the project.

排除标准：

1.①半年内曾接受过抗肿瘤治疗；②复发或转移；③重复癌；④严重合并症；⑤孕妇或哺乳期。

Exclusion criteria：

1. had received anti-cancer treatment within 6 months; 2. recurrence or metastasis; 3. the second-primary cancer; 4.severe comorbidity; 5. pregnancy or lactation.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据管理与统计分析数据的录入与修改 数据录入与管理指定管理员负责。数据管理员采用SPSS 26.0统计软件进行数据录入与管理。为保证数据的准确性，由两个录入员独立录入并校对。 数据锁定数据审核及数据库建立后，由海南省肿瘤医院放科指定统计人员进行数据锁定。锁定后的数据不再做改动。锁定后发现的问题经确认后在统计分析程序中进行修正。 4 统计分析 本研究所有统计分析均采用SPSS 26.0软件作为平台。计量资料采用一般性描述，计数资料采用频数进行统计描述。如果研究中出现受试者脱落，将脱落者剔除后继续完成研究要求的病例数。 肿瘤近期疗效评价采用卡方检验等非参数检验方法，对生存期的分析则采用多因素的Cox回归模型。 基于分子特征分析，采用在线生信软件或R包进行分析。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data Administration and Statistical Analysis Input and Modification of Data Input and Management is the responsibility of the designated administrator.Data administrators used SPSS 26.0 statistical software for data entry and management.To ensure the accuracy of the data, it was entered and proofread independently by two registering personnel.Data Locking After data review and database establishment, data locking was performed by designated statisticians in the department of radiotherapy at Hainan Provincial Cancer Hospital.After locking, the data will no longer be modified.The problems identified after locking were confirmed and corrected in the statistical analysis program.4 Statistical analysis SPSS 26.0 software was used as the platform for all statistical analyses in this institute.The metering data uses a general description, and the counting data uses frequency for statistical description.If subject dropouts occurred in the study, the number of cases that completed the study request was continued after the dropouts were removed.Non-parametric test methods such as chi-square test were used for evaluation of recent tumor efficacy, and Cox regression models with multifactors were used for analysis of survival.Analysis was performed on the basis of molecular characteristic analysis with online messenger software or R-packets.
