研究目的：

设计了一种适用于老人的新型院后强化教育模式，通过具象化及访谈的形式，计划通过非随机干预研究，进一步验证这种新型教育模式在提高农村冠心病PCI术后患者服药依从性、生活方式改善率方面的有效性  

Objectives of Study：

We designed a new post-discharge intensified education model suitable for elderly patients. Through simulation-based models and interviews, a non-randomized intervention study is planned to further verify the effectiveness of this new education model in improving medication adherence and lifestyle improvement rates among rural patients with PCI.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 首次接受PCI术的冠心病患者； 2. 年龄60-80岁； 3. 具有小学及以上文化水平。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with coronary heart disease who undergo PCI for the first time 2. Between 60 and 80 years of age 3. With an education level of elementary school or above

排除标准：

1. 预期寿命≤1年； 2. 严重肝肾功能不全； 3. 不能理解并签署知情同意书； 4. 同时参加了其它临床研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Life expectancy <= 1 year 2. Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency 3. Inability to understand and sign the informed consent form 4. Being participated in other clinical studies
