研究目的：

通过对残根残冠患者分别随机行3D打印个性化金属桩核、纤维桩核、个性化PEEK桩核修复，修复完成后每6、12个月评估桩核修复体的存活状况、功能状态和患者的主观满意度，最终建立PEEK桩核修复体的数字化标准化设计/制作指南，并为不同牙本质高度的残根残冠修复中桩核材料与修复设计方式的选择提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study involves the randomized assignment of patients with residual roots and crowns to receive restorations using 3D-printed customized metal posts and cores, fiber posts and cores, or customized PEEK posts and cores. The survival rate, functional performance, and patient-reported satisfaction of the restorations will be assessed at 6 and 12 months post-treatment. The findings aim to develop a standardized digital workflow for the design and fabrication of PEEK post-and-core restorations and to inform the selection of materials and design approaches for restoring residual roots and crowns with varying dentin heights.

纳入标准：

年满18周岁的男性或女性； 根管治疗完善； 口腔卫生良好，全口牙菌斑评分（FMPS）低于15%； 全身状况良好，无重度吸烟、酗酒等不良嗜好

Inclusion criteria

Male or female, aged 18 years or older; Completed root canal treatment; Good oral hygiene, with a full-mouth plaque score (FMPS) below 15%; Good general health, with no history of heavy smoking, excessive alcohol consumption, or other harmful habits.

排除标准：

牙周炎未得到治疗或易患龋齿的患者； 不良口腔习惯（如夜磨牙、咬牙）的患者； 怀疑或曾经有牙隐裂的病史 存在理解能力减退老年受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with untreated periodontitis or a high susceptibility to dental caries; Patients with harmful oral habits (e.g., bruxism or clenching); Patients with a suspected or documented history of cracked teeth. Elderly subjects with comprehension impairment .
