通过真实世界研究的方式获取盐酸普萘洛尔口服溶液治疗婴幼儿血管瘤的真实客观的多中心大样本数据，从而评价该药物的有效性和安全性，为婴幼儿血管瘤专业领域的临床药物应用提供详实客观循证医学证据。  

Objectives of Study：

To obtain real and objective multicentre large sample data of propranolol hydrochloride oral solution for the treatment of infantile hemangioma through real-world research, to evaluate the efficacy and safety of this drug, and to provide detailed and objective evidence-based medical evidence for the application of clinical drugs in the professional field of infantile hemangioma.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.日龄为35天-1周岁（按公历的年、月、日计算，含边界值，以知情当天日期为准）；男女不限；
2.婴幼儿体重≥2kg；
3.根据国际脉管异常研究协会（ISSVA）关于脉管性疾病的分类和命名标准（2018版），结合病史、临床表现、血管瘤超声检查，确诊为婴幼儿血管瘤；
4.需要全身治疗的婴幼儿血管瘤患儿；
5.婴幼儿近30天内未接受过任何抗血管瘤的治疗；
6.监护人同意患儿接受普萘洛尔治疗或接受联合治疗；
7.监护人能够理解研究目的，自愿参加并签署知情同意书；
8.监护人同意进行随访，并遵循治疗方案要求。

Inclusion criteria

1.Days of age is 35 days - 1 year (based on the year, month, and day of the Gregorian calendar, including boundary values, based on the date of the day of knowledge); male or female; 2.Infants weighing >=2kg; 3.The diagnosis of infantile hemangioma was confirmed according to the International Society for the Study of Vascular Anomalies (ISSVA) criteria for classification and nomenclature of vascular disorders (2018 edition), taking into account the history, clinical presentation, and ultrasonography of the hemangioma; 4.Children with infantile hemangiomas requiring systemic therapy; 5.The infant has not received any anti-hemangioma treatment within the last 30 days; 6.Guardian consent for the child to be treated with propranolol or to receive combination therapy; 7.Guardians were able to understand the purpose of the study, participated voluntarily and signed an informed consent form; 8.The guardian agrees to follow-up visits and follows the requirements of the treatment program.

排除标准：

1.合并其他病变的特殊类型婴幼儿血管瘤，如PHACE综合征和LUMAR(SACRAL/ PELVIS)综合征、颅面血管瘤病；
2.首次用药前1周内有发热，且/或当前存在局部、全身感染；
3.母乳喂养的婴儿中，母亲为正在接受需要禁用普萘洛尔治疗；
4.婴幼儿或其母亲对普萘洛尔或本品其他任何成分过敏；
5.有哮喘或支气管痉挛病史或当前存在呼吸系统感染性疾病；
6.患有窦房结病变（包括窦房阻滞），Ⅱ度或Ⅲ度房室传导阻滞，失代偿性心力衰竭，存在冠脉痉挛风险，心源性休克或严重心动过缓；
7.有严重低血压病史；
8.有低血糖病史；
9.严重的外周动脉循环障碍（雷诺现象）；
10.嗜铬细胞瘤；
11.已经确诊的先天性血管瘤、卡波西血管内皮瘤等其他性质的血管源性肿瘤；
12.在筛选前4周内接受过任何手术或计划在试验期间进行手术；
13.筛选前婴幼儿有用药史（仅限对血管瘤有治疗效果的药物）；
14.资料不完整；
15.监护人依从性不高；
16.任何研究者认为不适合入选研究的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Special types of infantile hemangiomas in combination with other lesions, such as PHACE syndrome and LUMAR (SACRAL/ PELVIS) syndrome, craniofacial hemangiomatosis;
2.Fever within 1 week prior to first dose and/or current localized, systemic infection;
3.Breastfed infants whose mothers are receiving treatment requiring the prohibition of propranolol;
4.Infants or their mothers are hypersensitive to propranolol or any other ingredient of this product;
5.History of asthma or bronchospasm or current infectious diseases of the respiratory system;
6.Suffering from sinus node pathology (including sinus block), second or third degree AV block, decompensated heart failure, risk of coronary artery spasm, cardiogenic shock or severe bradycardia;
7.A history of severe hypotension;
8.A history of hypoglycemia;
9.Severe peripheral arterial circulatory disturbances (Raynaud's phenomenon);
10.Pheochromocytoma;
11.Diagnosed congenital hemangiomas, Kaposi's hemangioendothelioma and other tumors of vascular origin;
12.Any surgery within 4 weeks prior to screening or planned surgery during the trial;
13.History of medication use in infants and children prior to screening (only medications with therapeutic effects on hemangiomas);
14.Incomplete information;
15.Poor guardian compliance;
16.Any other condition that, in the opinion of the investigator, makes enrollment in the study inappropriate.
