研究目的：

本研究旨在探讨俯卧位下不同上肢姿势对腹横肌在ADIM中的即时激活效果的影响，筛选出更高效、便于实施的上肢姿势，以优化俯卧位ADIM的效果。进一步分析俯卧位ADIM结合上肢等长收缩对腹横肌激活的即时作用，评估该干预对腹横肌形态的潜在促进效果。同时，研究腹横肌强化对健康成年人平衡能力和腰椎本体感觉的影响效果及潜在机制，为该方法的临床应用提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to investigate the immediate effects of different arm positions on the activation of the transversus abdominis (TrA) during the abdominal drawing-in maneuver (ADIM) in the prone position, with the goal of identifying more efficient and practical arm positions to optimize the effectiveness of prone ADIM. Additionally, it explores the immediate impact of prone ADIM combined with isometric arm contractions on TrA activation and evaluates the potential enhancement of TrA morphology through this intervention. Furthermore, the study examines the effects and underlying mechanisms of TrA strengthening on balance ability and lumbar proprioception in healthy adults, providing scientific evidence for the clinical application of this method.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）18-27岁的健康成年人；（2）能熟练掌握ADIM；（3）12周内无腰部不适的个体；（4）除本研究干预外,未接受其它药物及康复治疗；（5）患者对本研究知晓并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1)Healthy adults aged 18-27 years; (2)Individuals who are proficient in performing the Abdominal Drawing-In Maneuver (ADIM) ; (3)Individuals without any lumbar discomfort in the past 12 weeks; (4)Individuals who have not received any other medication or rehabilitation treatment, except for the intervention in this study; (5)Participants who are informed about the study and have signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）参与者有盆腔/腹部手术史； （2）参与者患有神经或肌肉骨骼疾病； （3）受试者依从性差，不能配合完成测试者； （4）干预期间出现不良反应者； （5）最终资料不全，无法判断干预效果者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Participants with a history of pelvic/abdominal surgery ; (2) Participants with neurological or musculoskeletal diseases ; (3) Participants with poor compliance who are unable to cooperate with the tests; (4) Participants who experience adverse reactions during the intervention; (5) Participants with incomplete data, making it impossible to assess the intervention's effects.

受试者经过培训能熟练掌握ADIM，在培训结束24h后每名受试者均需进行3次干预，每一次干预之间至少间隔24小时。 1、受试者俯卧位，双上肢伸直放于头两侧（肩关节屈曲180^°），ADIM每组10s，共10组，组间休息15s。 2、受试者俯卧位，双上肢屈曲放于头两侧（肩关节外展、外旋90^°），ADIM每组10s，共10组，组间休息15s。 3、受试者俯卧位，双上肢屈曲等长收缩放于头两侧（肩关节外展、外旋90^°），ADIM每组10s，共10组，组间休息15s。

Intervention：

The participants were trained to proficiently perform the ADIM, and 24 hours after the training, each participant underwent three interventions, with a minimum of 24 hours between each intervention. 1.The participant lies prone, with both arms extended and placed at the sides of the head (shoulder flexion 180^°). The ADIM is performed for 10 seconds per set, with a total of 10 sets, and 15 seconds of rest between sets. 2.The participant lies prone, with both arms flexed and placed at the sides of the head (shoulder abduction and external rotation 90^°). The ADIM is performed for 10 seconds per set, with a total of 10 sets, and 15 seconds of rest between sets. 3.The participant lies prone, with both arms flexed and performing isometric contraction, placed at the sides of the head (shoulder abduction and external rotation 90^°). The ADIM is performed for 10 seconds per set, with a total of 10 sets, and 15 seconds of rest between sets.
