比较两种血流动力学监测方法:传统的心脏超声与贴片式光谱颈动脉多普勒超声（ CADFlow），在心排指标中的数据对比。  

Objectives of Study：

Compare of two hemodynamic monitoring methods of data in cardiac output indicators.: traditional cardiac ultrasound and CADFlow.

纳入标准：

1.SICU 收住患者（0-17 岁）中需要进行床边心超检查的患者，共 150 例,年龄分布较均匀。

Inclusion criteria

150 patients aged 0-17 years old，admitted to the Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU) for bedside echocardiography;

排除标准：

1.研究医生认为，继续研究会引起不必要危害。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Cases evaluated by the study physician which would result in unnecessary harm by continuing the research .

Perform bedside echocardiography: Orifice-to-Tip Distance (OTD), Peak Velocity (Vmax), Mean Velocity (Vmean), Velocity Time Integral (VTI), Ejection Time (FT), Heart Rate (HR), Cardiac Output (CO), and Stroke Volume (SV) of the left ventricle. 2. Perform Carotid Artery Doppler Flow (CADFlow) examination: The subject should lie supine with the neck fully extended, remain calm, and breathe steadily.
