研究目的：

评价纳布啡、氢吗啡酮、舒芬太尼用于临床专科化镇痛的效果及不良反应；规范纳布啡、氢吗啡酮及舒芬太尼的术后PCIA镇痛合理化用药  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and adverse reactions of nalbuphine, hydromorphine and Sufentanil for clinical specialized analgesia, and to standardize the rational use of nebulidine, hydromorphine and Sufentanil for postoperative PCIA analgesia

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄＞18岁； 2. 拟于全身麻醉妇科或胃肠道手术术后行PCIA的患者； 3. 能理解本研究过程和方法，自愿参加并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age > 18 years; 2. PCIA was performed after gynecologic or gastrointestinal surgery under general anesthesia 3. Can understand the process and method of this study, volunteer and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1. 采用其他镇痛方式或者采用多种镇痛方法的患者； 2. 既往有过敏史或者对麻醉药物过敏的患者； 3. 语言表达障碍或无法沟通的患者； 4. 研究者认为不适宜参加的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients using other analgesic methods or using multiple analgesic methods; 2. Patients with a history of allergy or allergy to narcotic drugs; 3.Patients with language disorders or inability to communicate; 4. Patients considered unsuitable by the researchers;
