研究目的：

在本次研究中，我们探讨不同剂量瑞马唑仑联合丙泊酚在进行无痛胃镜检查时对丙泊酚需求量的影响，从而寻找最佳的瑞马唑仑剂量，减轻无痛胃镜过程中药物对呼吸和循环系统的影响，为临床精准用药提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, we discussed the influence of different doses of remazolam combined with propofol on the demand for propofol during painless gastroscopy, so as to find the best dose of remazolam, reduce the effects of drugs on the respiratory and circulatory system during painless gastroscopy, and provide references for clinical precision drug use.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1) 接受择期胃镜检查 2) 年龄在18-59岁之间 3) 美国麻醉医师协会 （ASA） I 级或 II 级 4) 体重指数 （BMI） 为 17.5–29kg/m2 5) 能够理解本研究的程序和方法，愿意签署知情同意书并严格遵守临床研究方案完成本研究

Inclusion criteria

1) Undergo an elective gastroscopy; 2) Aged between 18 and 59; 3) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Level I or II; 4) Body mass index (BMI) is 17.5-29 kg/m^2; 5) Able to understand the procedures and methods of this study, willing to sign informed consent and strictly follow the clinical study protocol to complete this study.

排除标准：

1) 最近一周有急性呼吸道感染 2) 有胸闷、胸痛、呼吸费力等症状的心血管疾病 3) 精神相关疾病，例如精神分裂症、抑郁症等 4) 严重的肝肾功能不全 5) 检查前两年内有酗酒或精神药物史 6) 检查前 24 小时内服用镇痛药 7) 阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征 8) 对丙泊酚、瑞马唑仑等药物过敏 9) 困难气道，例如颈椎固定、张口受限等

Exclusion criteria：

1) Acute respiratory infection in the last week; 2) Cardiovascular disease with chest tightness, chest pain, breathing difficulties and other symptoms; 3) Mental illness, such as schizophrenia, depression, etc; 4) Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; 5) History of alcohol abuse or psychotropic drugs in the two years prior to the test; 6) Take analgesics within 24 hours before the exam; 7) Obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome; 8) Allergic to drugs such as propofol and remazolam; 9) Difficult airway, such as cervical spine fixation, restricted mouth opening, etc.
