研究目的：

观察急性运动对口腔菌群的影响，探究其与代谢和健康状况的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the relationship between acute exercise, oral microbiome, metabolism, and health status.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、18-24岁； 2、BMI为18-24kg/m^2； 3、跑步爱好者； 4、共食宿； 5、日常训练时间每周五次，总训练时间不少于7小时。

Inclusion criteria

1, 18-24 years old; 2, BMI 18-24kg/m^2; 3, running enthusiasts; 4, shared accommodation; 5, daily training time five times a week, the total training time is not less than 7 hours.

排除标准：

1、自身免疫系统疾病，感染性疾病，神经系统疾病，器官功能障碍等任何影响运动表现的疾病； 2、急性口腔疾病； 3、1月内抗生素，益生菌，非甾体类消炎药,和提高运动表现的营养补剂服用史； 4、1月内牙齿护理和治疗； 5、经常食用口香糖，酒精饮料，吸烟； 6、暴饮，暴食，节食等不良饮食习惯。

Exclusion criteria：

1, autoimmune system diseases, infectious diseases, nervous system diseases, organ dysfunction and any other diseases affecting motor performance; 2. Acute oral diseases; 3. History of taking antibiotics, probiotics, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, and nutritional supplements to improve sports performance within 1 month; 4. Dental care and treatment within 1 month; 5, often eat chewing gum, alcoholic beverages, smoking; 6, binge drinking, overeating, dieting and other bad eating habits.
