研究目的:

本研究拟通过回顾性研究构建重症肺炎支原体肺炎预测模型,应用前瞻性性观察性研究验证模型能否达到预期效果。研究大环内酯类抗生素联合不同剂量糖皮质激素的干预策略选择,研究不同类型大环内酯类抗生素联合糖皮质激素治疗耐药支原体感染的策略。通过检测血清及肺泡灌洗液细胞因子炎症因子等指标,研究重症肺炎支原体肺炎发病机制,研究支原体导致气道上皮损伤及过强免疫反应机制。探讨黏液高分泌及纤维支气管镜治疗时机。  

Objectives of Study:

This study intends to build a predictive model of severe mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia through a retrospective study and apply a prospective observational study to verify whether the model can achieve the desired effect. Study the intervention strategy selection of macrolide antibiotics combined with different doses of glucocorticoids and investigate the strategies of different types of macrolide antibiotics combined with glucocorticoids in the treatment of drug-resistant mycoplasma infections. By detecting serum and alveolar lavage fluid cytokines, inflammatory factors, and other indicators, the pathogenesis of severe Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia is studied, and the mechanism of Mycoplasma causing airway epithelial damage and excessive immune response is studied. To explore the time of mucus hypersecretion and fiber bronchoscopy treatment.

纳入标准:

2015年1月至2021年12月收治的肺炎支原体肺炎患儿病例,支原体感染诊断标准为:颗粒凝集法MP-Ab1:160以上; 痰或肺泡灌洗液聚合酶链反应检测证实肺炎支原体感染。

Inclusion criteria

For children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia admitted from January 2015 to December 2021, the diagnostic criteria for mycoplasma infection were: MP-Ab1: above 160 by particle agglutination method; Sputum or alveolar lavage fluid polymerase chain reaction confirms Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.

排除标准:

免疫缺陷或正在使用免疫抑制药物的患者; 混合其他病原体感染的病例。

Exclusion criteria:

Patients who are immunodeficient or are using immunosuppressive drugs; Cases of mixed infection with other pathogens.
