研究目的：

阐明肠系膜淋巴结炎患儿的肠道菌群特征。探讨双歧杆菌等益生菌对肠系膜淋巴结炎肠道菌群的作用。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the characteristics of gut microbiota in children with mesenteric lymphadenitis. To investigate the effect of Bifidobacterium and other probiotics on intestinal flora in mesenteric lymphadenitis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合ML临床诊断标准； 2.年龄在3-14岁； 3.治疗依从性好，配合检查及随访； 4.患儿家长签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. In accordance with the clinical diagnostic criteria of ML; 2.The age ranged from 3 to 14 years; 3. Good treatment compliance, cooperation with examination and follow-up; 4. Informed consent was signed by parents of children.

排除标准：

1.近2周内使用过抗生素和微生态制剂及其他影响肠道菌群的药物； 2.过敏体质，尤其是既往对婴儿双歧杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、粪肠球菌和蜡样芽孢杆菌等益生菌成分过敏者； 3.合并其他消化系统疾病、阑尾炎等其他原因所致腹痛。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Use of antibiotics, microecological agents, and other drugs affecting the gut microbiota within the past 2 weeks. 2. Allergic constitutions, especially those with previous allergies to probiotic components such as Bifidobacterium infantis, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Enterococcus faecalis, and Bacillus cereus. 3.Abdominal pain caused by other digestive system diseases, appendicitis and other reasons.
