研究目的：

通过比较股骨颈动力交叉系统（FNS）、中空半纹加压螺钉（CCS）、无头全纹加压螺钉(AACS)治疗股骨颈骨折的生物力学和临床结果，探讨新型的内固定物力学特点和临床疗效。目前对股骨颈骨折术后进行性动力加压（FNS和CCS）和术后支持位无进行性加压（AACS）的研究较少，本研究通过生物力学对比，和临床病例分析，期望给临床决策提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to investigate the biomechanical properties and clinical efficacy of a novel internal fixation system by comparing the biomechanical and clinical outcomes of the headless full line compression screw (AACS), hollow half line compression screw (CCS), and femoral neck dynamic cross system (FNS) in the treatment of femoral neck fractures. Studies on postoperative non progressive compression (AACS) and postoperative dynamic compression (FNS and CCS) for femoral neck fractures are currently scarce. This work attempts to offer a resource for clinical decision-making through biomechanical comparison and clinical case analysis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

研究对象为 2019 年 1 月至 2021 年 1 月福州市第二医院骨科收治的股骨颈骨折患者 150 例。记录患者的人口学特征和临床资料，包括年龄、性别、致伤原因、骨折侧别、骨折 Garden 分型、骨折 Pauwels 角度、随访时间。分为 FNS内固定组、CCS 内固定组、AACS 内固定组。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

150 patients with femoral neck fractures who were hospitalized to Fuzhou Second Hospital's orthopedic department between January 2019 and January 2021 served as the study's subjects. Note the patient's age, gender, fracture side, fracture Garden classification, fracture Pauwels angle, and duration of follow-up, among other clinical and demographic details. separated into three internal fixation groups: the AACS, CCS, and FNS groups. 

纳入标准：

①患者年龄在 14 岁-65 岁； ②新鲜的单侧闭合性股骨颈骨折，无其他部位损伤； ③无全身或局部感染疾病； ④骨折前双髋功能正常； ⑤术后随访时间至少 1 年。

Inclusion criteria

(1) The patient is aged 14-65 years; (2) Fresh unilateral closed femoral neck fracture without injury to other parts; (3) No systemic or local infectious diseases; (4) Normal function of both hips before fracture; (5) Postoperative follow-up for at least 1 year.

排除标准：

①患侧存在股骨头坏死、严重骨关节炎、髋关节发育异常者； ②多发骨折者； ③酗酒、长期服用糖皮质激素者； ④合并严重内科症病、自身免疫系统疾病、血液系统疾病者； ⑤认知能力障碍者； ⑥各种原因导致的双下肢肌力不正常者或神经损伤者； ⑦病理性或陈旧性股骨颈骨折（受伤时间超过 3 周）。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with necrosis of the femoral head, severe osteoarthritis, and abnormal hip joint development on the affected side; (2) Patients with multiple fractures; (3) Alcoholism and long-term use of glucocorticoids; (4) Patients with severe internal diseases, autoimmune diseases, and hematologic diseases; (5) Cognitive impairment; (6) Patients with abnormal muscle strength of both lower limbs or nerve damage caused by various reasons; (7) Pathological or old femoral neck fracture (injury more than 3 weeks).
