Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of intervention on health management of patients with coronary heart disease after the first PCI based on stage change theory

纳入标准：

①经冠状动脉造影试验临床诊断为冠心病；②首次接受PCI治疗；③年龄18岁及以上；④能够用普通话阅读、说话和交流。

Inclusion criteria

Coronary artery disease was clinically diagnosed by coronary angiography. First PCI treatment; Age 18 and above; ④Be able to read, speak and communicate in Mandarin.

排除标准：

①被诊断为重大精神疾病，会影响他们的理解、参与和同意；②有中风、脑血管疾病或其他严重疾病史，如晚期癌症。

Exclusion criteria：

A diagnosis of a major mental illness that affects their understanding, participation and consent; Have a history of stroke, cerebrovascular disease, or other serious diseases, such as advanced cancer.
