研究目的：

将血流限制训练结合低强度跑步热身应用于篮球运动员中，观察该方法对于篮球运动员跟腱影响的急性效果，比较其与高强度跑步热身之间的差异，从而探究血流限制训练结合低强度跑步热身是否对于预防跟腱损伤有积极影响，为应用血流限制结合低强度跑步热身预防篮球运动员运动性跟腱损伤提供理论支持。  

Objectives of Study：

The blood flow restriction training combined with low-intensity running warm-up was applied to basketball players to observe the acute effects of this method on the Achilles tendon of basketball players, and to compare the differences between it and high-intensity running warm-up, so as to investigate whether the blood flow restriction training combined with low-intensity running warm-up has a positive effect on the prevention of Achilles tendon injury, and provide theoretical support for the application of the blood flow restriction combined with low-intensity running warm-up in the prevention of athletic Achilles tendon injuries in basketball players. To provide theoretical support.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）18-35周岁篮球二级运动员，男性；（2）既往无跟腱疼痛、跟腱损伤或下肢严重创伤病史；（3）自愿参加，按要求配合评估及运动训练。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Basketball Division II athletes aged 18-35 years old, male; (2) no previous history of Achilles tendon pain, Achilles tendon injury, or severe trauma to the lower extremities; (3) voluntary participation, and cooperation with evaluation and athletic training as required.

排除标准：

（1）高血压、心脏病、糖尿病、高胆固醇血症、神经肌肉疾病病史；（2）下肢有深静脉血栓或血管病变等血流限制禁忌症；（3）正在服用任何可能影响本实验结果的药物或食物如喹诺酮类或皮质激素。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) History of hypertension, heart disease, diabetes mellitus, hypercholesterolemia, and neuromuscular disease; (2) contraindications to blood flow restriction such as deep vein thrombosis or vascular lesions in the lower extremities; and (3) taking any medications or foods such as quinolones or corticosteroids that may affect the results of this experiment.

受试者进行 4 次干预，每次干预之间间隔7 天。具体的干预方案如下： （1）低强度跑步：采用低强度跑步训练，速度为 8km/h，持续 10min； （2）BFR 结合低强度跑步优势侧：采用 BFR 下低强度跑步训练，速度为8km/h，优势腿以 50%AOP 进行，持续 10min； （3）BFR 结合低强度跑步非优势侧：采用 BFR 下低强度跑步训练，速度为8km/h，非优势腿以 50%AOP 进行，持续 10min； （4）高强度跑步：采用高强度跑步训练，速度为 9.72km/h，持续 10min。

Subjects received 4 interventions, with an interval of 7 days between each intervention. All subjects remained blind to the practical significance of different intervention conditions.
