研究目的：

本研究以健康人群为研究对象，用叶黄素补充剂进行一次性干预，检测血浆叶黄素浓度的连续性变化趋势，了解微囊化叶黄素酯吸收代谢及黑胡椒粉对其吸收代谢的影响，为人群合理补充叶黄素提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, healthy people were taken as the research subjects, and a one-time intervention was carried out with lutein supplementation to detect the continuous change trend of plasma lutein concentration, understand the absorption and metabolism of microencapsulated lutein ester and the effect of black pepper powder on its absorption and metabolism, and provide scientific basis for reasonable supplementation of lutein in the population.

纳入标准：

年龄 18-45 岁,身体健康状况良好；无明显脑、心、肝、肺、肾、血液等疾病； 无长期服药者；体质指数（BMI）均在正常范围内；自愿参加本研究并签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

Age 18-45 years and in good physical condition; No obvious diseases of the brain, heart, liver, lungs, kidneys, blood, etc.; Those who do not take long-term medication; Body mass index (BMI) is within the normal range; Those who voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

严重代谢性疾病者；严重慢性感染者；明确得知调查前服用营养补充剂、激素、药物者，如各种维生素、矿物质等；孕妇及哺乳期妇女；吸烟酗酒者。

Exclusion criteria：

People with severe metabolic diseases; People with severe chronic infections; Those who clearly know that they took nutritional supplements, hormones, drugs, such as various vitamins, minerals, etc. before the investigation; pregnant and lactating women; Smokers and alcoholics.
