评估微量元素对WMT治疗自闭症患者症状改善的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To assess the effect of micronutrients on symptom improvement in patients with autism treated with WMT

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄2-18周岁； （2）性别不限； （3）明确诊断为儿童自闭症患者，符合自闭症诊断访谈修订版（ADI-R）和DSM-5（精神障碍诊断与统计手册第五版；APA2013）； （4）以前没有进行过洗涤菌群移植； （5）配合检查且签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age 2-18 years old; (2) Gender is not limited; (3) Patients with a definite diagnosis of childhood autism, in line with the Autism Diagnostic Interview Revised (ADI-R) and DSM-5 (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition; APA2013); (4) No previous transplantation of washing flora; (5) Cooperate with the examination and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）在接受WMT治疗前1个月服用过抗生素或益生菌； （2）被诊断出患有炎症性肠病、消化道肿瘤、乳糜泻等需要紧急治疗的胃肠道疾病； （3）被诊断出患有严重的心脏、脑部、肺、肝或肾脏疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Have taken antibiotics or probiotics 1 month before receiving WMT treatment; (2) Diagnosed with inflammatory bowel disease, gastrointestinal tumors, celiac disease and other gastrointestinal diseases that require urgent treatment; (3) Diagnosed with severe heart, brain, lung, liver, or kidney disease.
