1.利用多组学技术检测敌草快对血细胞、免疫细胞和血浆成分等的影响,绘制急性敌草快中毒的血液生态图谱并分析变化规律。 2.利用多组学因子分析法,整合多组学数据并关联患者临床表型,揭示急性敌草快中毒血液生态改变与重要器官损伤的内在联系。 3.基于机器学习深度分析多组学数据,并联合临床指标构建急性敌草快中毒的预后预测模型,识别预后生物标志物和潜在诊疗靶点,为急性敌草快中毒的早期预警和制定新的诊疗策略提供依据。 |

Objectives of Study: |
1. Multi-omics technology is used to detect the effects of diquat on blood cells, immune cells and plasma components, and draw the blood ecological map of acute diquat poisoning and analyze the rule of change. 2. Multi-omics factor analysis is used to integrate multi-omics data and correlate clinical phenotypes of patients to reveal the internal relationship between changes in blood ecology and injury of vital organs in acute diquat poisoning. 3. Based on the deep analysis of multiple omics data by machine learning and combined with clinical indicators , the prognostic prediction model of acute diquat poisoning is constructed to identify prognostic biomarkers and potential diagnosis and treatment targets, providing a basis for the early warning of acute diquat poisoning and the formulation of new diagnosis and treatment strategies. |

Inclusion criteria |
Patients diagnosed as acute diquat poisoning with blood or urine diquat test positive, with age older than 12 years old, and signed a written informed consent. |

排除标准: |
混合其它药物或毒物中毒、有严重基础疾病以及临床资料不完整者。 |

Exclusion criteria: |
Mixed with other drugs or poisons, serious underlying diseases, and incomplete clinical data. |
