Objectives of Study：

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

SMART组： 1.年龄>=18岁； 2.屈光度为-8.00D及以下，散光-4.00D及以下； 3.球性软镜停戴2周以上，散光软镜和硬性透氧性角膜接触镜停戴4周以上，角膜塑形镜停戴12周以上； 4.屈光状态基本稳定2年以上（每年近视屈光度数增长不超过0.50D）（符合《激光角膜屈光手术临床诊疗专家共识 2021年》）； 5.术后角膜最薄点厚度>=360μm； SMART Xtra组：除满足上述条件外，Pentacam角膜地形图联合Corvis ST测量的CBI>0.5，TBI>0.3（该值大于0.3提示角膜有扩张风险），且前节OCT分析角膜厚度均匀分布，角膜前后表面形态正常，S-I（2-5mm）<=31μm，SN-IT（2-5mm）<=48μm；

Inclusion criteria

SMART Group: 1. Age>=18 years; 2. Diopter is -8.00D and below, astigmatism is -4.00D and below; 3. Stop wearing spherical soft lenses for more than 2 weeks, stop wearing soft lenses for astigmatism and hard oxygen-permeable contact lenses for more than 4 weeks, and stop wearing orthokeratology lenses for more than 12 weeks; 4. The refractive state has been basically stable for more than 2 years (the annual increase in myopia refractive power does not exceed 0.50D) (in line with the "Expert Consensus on Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Laser Corneal Refractive Surgery 2021"); 5. Postoperative corneal thinnest point thickness>=360μm; SMART Xtra group: in addition to meeting the above conditions, the CBI measured by Pentacam corneal topography combined with Corvis ST was > 0.5 and TBI > 0.3 (the value greater than 0.3 indicates that the cornea is at risk of dilation), and the corneal thickness was uniformly distributed by anterior segment OCT analysis, and the anterior and posterior surface morphology of the cornea was normal, S-I (2-5 mm) < = 31 μm, SN-IT (2-5 mm) < = 48 μm;

排除标准：

1.除屈光不正外有其他眼病及眼外伤疾病史的患者； 2.疑似或确诊圆锥角膜，或有其他类型角膜扩张的患者； 3.遗传或先天因素导致的屈光不正难以矫正的患者； 4.其他眼部疾病和（或）影响角膜伤口愈合的全身器质性病变（符合《激光角膜屈光手术临床诊疗专家共识 2021年》）； 5.角膜疾病或者角膜营养不良等不符合手术指征的患者（符合《中国经上皮准分子激光角膜切削术专家共识（2019年）》）；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with a history of other eye diseases and ocular trauma diseases other than refractive error; 2. Patients with suspected or confirmed keratoconus, or other types of corneal ectasia; 3. Patients with refractive errors caused by genetic or congenital factors that are difficult to correct; 4. Other ocular diseases and/or systemic organic lesions that affect corneal wound healing (in line with the Expert Consensus on Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Laser Corneal Refractive Surgery 2021); 5. Patients with corneal diseases or corneal dystrophy who do not meet the indications for surgery (in line with the Expert Consensus on Transepithelial Excimer Laser Keratomectomy in China (2019)); (5) Patients with corneal diseases or corneal dystrophy that do not meet the indications for surgery (in accordance with the Chinese Expert Consensus on Transsuperficial Excimer Laser Keratomileusis (2019));

由科室医生根据患者自身角膜条件，给予合理的手术方式建议，对于角膜形态不规则、厚度较薄等患者会充分进行术前谈话，建议SMART联合快速角膜交联方式，最终决定权在患者。根据手术方式不同进行分组。
