研究目的：

深入分析肠道准备知晓率、依从性与肠道准备的具体联系，通过宣教视频改善患者的肠道准备知识欠缺及依从性低引起的肠道准备不充分的问题；建立肠道准备预测模型来预测肠道准备质量；构建肠道准备规范化宣教平台实现个体化肠道准备宣教。  

Objectives of Study：

In-depth analysis of the specific relationship between bowel preparation awareness , compliance and intestinal preparation, through education videos to improve patients' lack of bowel preparation knowledge and low compliance caused by inadequate bowel preparation; A prediction model of bowel preparations was established to predict the quality of bowel preparation. Establish a standardized education platform for bowel preparation to realize individualized bowel preparation education

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18岁做结肠镜检查的患者; 2.签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients >=18 years of age undergoing colonoscopy; 2.Before enrollment, written informed consent was obtained from all subjects.

排除标准：

1.既往结直肠手术 2.正在进行化疗和免疫抑制的患者 3.炎症性肠病、家族性腺瘤性息肉病患者 4.存在其他系统恶性肿瘤 5.试验期间无法耐受或结肠镜检查未达回盲部者 6.听说读写障碍患者

Exclusion criteria：

1.Prior colon resection and known obstructive colon lesion 2. Patients undergoing chemotherapy and immunosuppression therapy 3.Patients with familial adenomatous polyposis or inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) 4.Patients with malignant tumor 5.Patients who are unable to complete a colonoscopy 6.Patients with hearing and reading disabilities
