研究目的：

通过无创的多模态脑成像技术、脑网络连接分析和多模态信息融合技术等手段，系统性地探究严重下肢缺血患者的脑网络表征和其可能存在的认知障碍，希望揭示严重下肢缺血患者和认知受损的相关机制。  

Objectives of Study：

By employing non-invasive multimodal neuroimaging technology, brain network connectivity analysis, and multimodal information fusion techniques, to systematically investigate the brain network characteristics and potential cognitive impairments in patients with severe lower limb ischemia, hoping to reveal the underlying mechanisms linking severe lower limb ischemia and cognitive impairment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.实验组： 从山西白求恩医院门诊及住院部招募CLI患者。入组标准： （1）符合CLI的诊断标准； （2）年龄50~80岁，男女不限，右利手； （3）入组前1个月未服用任何精神活性类药物； （4）自愿参加本研究，并签署知情同意书。 2.对照组： 同期招募健康对照组。入组标准： （1）选择性别、年龄和文化程度相匹配的健康正常人； （2）年龄50~80岁，男女不限，右利手； （3）未接受过任何精神活性类药物或脑部物理治疗。

Inclusion criteria

1. Experimental Group: Patients with Critical Limb Ischemia (CLI) are recruited from the outpatient and inpatient departments of Shanxi Bethune Hospital. Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for CLI; (2) Aged 50-80 years, gender not specified, right-handed; (3) Have not taken any psychoactive drugs in the month prior to enrollment; (4) Willingly participate in this study and sign an informed consent form. 2. Control Group: A healthy control group is recruited concurrently. Inclusion criteria: (1) Select individuals whose gender, age, and educational level match those of the experimental group; (2) Aged 50-80 years, gender not specified, right-handed; (3) Have never received any psychoactive drugs or undergone brain physical therapy.

排除标准：

1.实验组： （1）近一个月合并非CLI引发的疼痛； （2）患有其他精神疾病、脑器质性疾病； （3）曾接受过电休克、经颅磁等物理治疗； （4）有药物滥用或成瘾病史； （5）存在MRI禁忌症，比如幽闭恐惧症、体内金属植入物等。 2.对照组： （1）既往有过精神障碍的诊断； （2）有精神障碍家族史、脑器质性疾病； （3）近一个月存在疼痛病史； （4）存在MRI禁忌症，比如幽闭恐惧症、体内金属植入物等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Experimental Group: (1) Pain not caused by CLI in the past month; (2) Suffering from other mental illnesses or organic brain diseases; (3) History of receiving physical therapies like electroconvulsive therapy or transcranial magnetic stimulation; (4) History of drug abuse or addiction; (5) Contraindications for MRI, such as claustrophobia or internal metal implants. 2. Control Group: (1) Past diagnosis of mental disorders; (2) Family history of mental disorders or organic brain diseases; (3) History of pain in the past month; (4) Contraindications for MRI, such as claustrophobia or internal metal implants.
