研究目的：

采用代谢组学方法研究母体肠道菌群及新生儿神经递质，明确引起妊娠期糖尿病的特异菌种；探究母体肠道菌群及新生儿神经递质的关联性；利用代谢组学寻找早期标记物,以预测GDM子代成长中相关疾病风险；初步探索母体肠道菌群影响胎儿生长发育的作用机制。  

Objectives of Study：

Maternal intestinal flora and neonatal neurotransmitters were studied by metabonomics to identify the specific bacteria causing gestational diabetes. To explore the association between maternal intestinal flora and neonatal neurotransmitters; Metabolomics was used to search for early markers to predict the risk of related diseases during the development of GDM progeny. To explore the mechanism of maternal intestinal flora affecting fetal growth and development.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.孕期通过OGTT试验诊断为妊娠期糖尿病及非妊娠期糖尿病的健康孕妇； 2.本人知情同意并签署纸质版知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Healthy pregnant women diagnosed with gestational diabetes mellitus and non-gestational diabetes mellitus through OGTT test during pregnancy; 2. I have informed consent and signed the paper version of informed consent.

排除标准：

1.采样前1个月内服用过抗生素、微生态活菌制剂等； 2.近4周内有腹泻病或其他胃肠道疾病史； 3.妊娠前已诊断有精神疾病者； 4.合并有肝硬化、高血压、心脏、肾脏、自身免疫性疾病及急、慢性感染等疾病； 5.临床资料不完整或标本留取不足者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Had taken antibiotics and microbioactive bacteria preparations within 1 month before sampling; 2. History of diarrhea or other gastrointestinal diseases within the past 4 weeks; 3. Diagnosed with mental illness before pregnancy; 4. Patients with cirrhosis, hypertension, heart, kidney, autoimmune diseases and acute and chronic infections; 5. Incomplete clinical data or insufficient specimens.
