研究目的：

生活节奏加快和压力加剧导致久坐人群睡眠障碍和心血管疾病的患病率越来越高。睡眠和血管参数都受到昼夜节律的调节，这使得运动时机成为健康干预的关键因素。这项研究探讨了长期择时运动对睡眠和血管健康的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

The acceleration of the pace of life and increasing stress levels have led to a growing prevalence of sleep disorders and cardiovascular diseases among sedentary individuals. Both sleep and vascular parameters are regulated by the circadian rhythm, making the timing of exercise a crucial factor in health interventions. This study explores the impact of long-term timed exercise on sleep and vascular health.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）男性 （2）BMI: 18.5-24.9 kg/m2 （3）血压正常：收缩压≥90 mmHg且＜130 mmHg，舒张压≥60 mmHg且＜80 mmHg （4）无睡眠障碍。无糖尿病、心脏病、高血压、高血脂等心脑血管疾病或评估出的代谢性疾病病史。无长期的服药史 （5）过去3个月没有运动习惯 （6）无吸烟、酗酒

Inclusion criteria

(1) Male (2) BMI: 18.5-24.9 kg/m2 (3) Normal blood pressure: systolic blood pressure ≥90 mmHg and < 130 mmHg, diastolic blood pressure ≥60mmHg and < 80 mmHg (4) No sleep disorders. No history of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or assessed metabolic diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, hypertension, hyperlipidemia. No long history of medication (5) No regular exercise habits in the past three months (6) Non-smokers, no history of alcohol abuse

排除标准：

(1) 不符合纳入标准 (2) 连续2周未跟上实验进程

(1) Does not meet the inclusion criteria (2) Failed to follow the experiment for 2 consecutive weeks
