研究目的：

验证两种治疗策略（早期腹腔镜下胆囊切除术（LC）与经皮肝胆囊引流术（PTGBD）后择期LC）对于老年中重度急性胆囊炎患者结局的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Validate the impact of two treatment strategies (early Laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC) and elective LC after (Percutaneous transhepatic gallbladder drainage,PTGBD)) on the outcomes of elderly patients with moderate to severe acute cholecystitis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

65岁及以上患者；符合2018东京指南中-重度急性胆囊炎诊断标准的患者；患者知情同意并自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

Patients aged 65 and above; Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for moderate to severe acute cholecystitis in the 2018 Tokyo Guidelines; The patient provided informed consent and voluntarily participated in this study.

排除标准：

合并胆总管结石患者；合并威胁生命的其他并发症；存在手术绝对禁忌的患者；恶性肿瘤，预期寿命短；无法提供知情同意。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with concomitant common bile duct stones; Merge other life-threatening complications; Patients with absolute contraindications to surgery; Malignant tumors with short life expectancy; Unable to provide informed consent.
