研究目的：

收集临床胶质母细胞瘤患者的组织蜡块，进行免疫组化实验。  

Objectives of Study：

Tissue wax blocks from patients with clinical glioblastoma were collected for immunohistochemical experiments.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄＞45岁，性别不限； 2.术前头部核磁首次发现颅内占位，考虑胶质母细胞瘤； 3.术后临床病理诊断报告为野生型胶质母细胞瘤；

Inclusion criteria

1. Age > 45 years, gender not limited; 2. Preoperative MRI of the head first discovered an intracranial mass, considering glioblastoma; 3. Postoperative clinical pathology diagnosis report is wild-type glioblastoma;

排除标准：

1.有放疗化疗治疗史； 2.临床病理诊断报告为突变型胶质母细胞。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 2. Clinical pathological diagnosis report indicates a mutant type glioblastoma;
