研究目的：

探讨点阵式CO2激光治疗阴道松弛综合征（VRS）合并复发性细菌性阴道炎疗疗效及潜在机制。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the therapeutic effect and potential mechanism of dot-matrix CO2 laser in the treatment of vaginal relaxation syndrome (VRS) complicated with recurrent bacterial vaginitis

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）VRS（阴道横径能容纳 2指及2指以上）合并复发性（1年中有3次或3次以上发作）细菌性阴道炎患者（诊断标准：a阴道分泌物增多，稀薄均质，有臭味；阴道PH值>4.5；c胺试验阳性；d镜检线索细胞阳性 >20%，具备三项即可诊断细菌性阴道炎，其中第四条为诊断金标准）；（2）无阴道点阵式CO2激光治疗与电疗相关禁忌症；（3）至少有一次经阴道分娩史；（4）由我院门诊同一高年资主治医生指测阴道内经线＞2横指且≤4横指，无子宫脱垂、阴道肿瘤等的患者；

Inclusion criteria

(1)VRS(vaginal transverse diameter can accommodate 2 fingers and more than 2 fingers) with recurrent (3 or more attacks in 1 year) bacterial vaginitis patients (diagnostic criteria :a vaginal secretion increased, thin homogeneous, smelly;Vaginal PH >4.5;c amine test positive;d microscopic examination clue cells positive >20%, with three can diagnose bacterial vaginitis, the fourth is the diagnostic gold standard);(2) No contraindications related to vaginal spot array CO2 laser therapy and electrotherapy;(3) A history of at least one vaginal delivery;(4) Patients with vaginal meridian >2 transverse fingers and <=4 transverse fingers and no uterine prolapse vaginal tumor were measured by the same senior attending doctor in our outpatient department

排除标准：

（1）妊娠及哺乳期妇女;（2）性病者；（3）合并严重心脑血管系统疾病、代谢性疾病、神经系统疾病，精神障碍者；（4）生殖器的急性炎症感染期；（5）有激光过敏史、光敏反应者；（6）之前有缩阴手术史者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Pregnant and lactating women;(2) venereal diseases;(3) Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, metabolic diseases, nervous system diseases, and mental disorders;(4) acute inflammation and infection of the genitals;(5) Individuals with a history of laser allergy, photosensitive reactions;(6) Had a history of vaginal reduction surgery.

患者给与予甲硝唑口服 0. 4 g /次，2 次 /d，7 d 为 1 个疗程。采用点阵CO2激光治疗，仪器来自意大利DEAK激光公司的激光治疗仪（SmartXide2 C60），常规消毒外阴及阴道，阴道局部涂抹丁卡因胶浆1支，采用CO2激光360°探头行阴道内治疗

The patient was given metronidazole orally 0.4 g/time, 2 times/day, 7 days as a course of treatment, dot-matrix CO2 laser treatment, the instrument from Italy DEAK laser company laser treatment instrument (SmartXide2 C60), conventional disinfection of vulva and vagina, vaginal local application of tetracaine glue 1, using CO2 laser 360 probe for intravaginal treatment

Blinding：

In this study, although achieving complete double blindness is challenging due to the nature of dot-matrix CO2 laser therapy, we will employ evaluator blindness to reduce the risk of implementation bias and measurement bias.All evaluators responsible for data collection and efficacy assessment will be unaware of the specific grouping of study subjects, and the control group will receive a simulant or simulated operation to maintain consistency.In addition, all study data will be coded, and only authorized statistical experts will have access to the uncoded data for analysis to ensure the objectivity and reliability of the study results.
