研究目的：

本研究通过对重症高血糖状态的患者使用传统血糖监测方法与RTCGMS联合应用，以探究RTCGMS在重症高血糖患者中使用的准确性，观察疾病、镇痛药物、镇静药物、不同手术等相关因素对血糖波动的影响，及血糖波动与危重症患者感染率及死亡率的相关性，为动态血糖监测在重症高血糖患者中使用提供循证依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study uses traditional blood glucose monitoring methods and RTCGMS in patients with severe hyperglycemia to explore the accuracy of the use of RTCGMS in patients with severe hyperglycemia. The impact of blood glucose fluctuations and the correlation between blood glucose fluctuations and the infection rate and mortality of critically ill patients provide evidence-based evidence for the use of dynamic blood glucose monitoring in patients with severe hyperglycemia.

纳入标准：

①重症监护室接受监护治疗的患者；②随机血糖≥7.8mmol/l；③知情同意，志愿受试。

Inclusion criteria

①Patients receiving intensive care in the intensive care unit; ②Random blood glucose ≥7.8mmol/L;③Informed consent, volunteer to be tested.

排除标准：

①休克患者；②已经加入其他临床试验

Exclusion criteria：

①shock patient; ②have joined other clinical trials
