研究目的：

1.探究在糖尿病视网膜病变（DR）患者中巨细胞病毒感染情况 2.探究慢性潜伏再激活的巨细胞病毒与糖尿病视网膜病变患者进展的关系  

Objectives of Study：

1.To study cytomegalovirus infection in patients with diabetic retinopathy(DR) 2.To study the association between chronic latent reactivated cytomegalovirus and progression in patients with diabetic retinopathy

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄在18岁以上，血清HCMV-IgG阳性; 2.PDR组：符合2022年我国眼底病学组制定的PDR诊疗规范中的诊断标准（T2DM）; 3.对照组：不合并全身基础疾病且无眼部血管性病变患者

Inclusion criteria

1. Age over 18 years old, positive for serum HCMV-IgG; 2. PDR group: meet the diagnostic criteria (T2DM) in the PDR diagnosis and treatment norms formulated by the Fundus Disease Group of China in 2022; 3. Control group: patients without systemic underlying diseases and without ocular vascular lesions

排除标准：

1.自身免疫性疾病（系统性红斑狼疮、系统性硬化病）、结核病、精神疾病、高血压、动脉粥样硬化、AMD、AID、肺炎、心肌炎及各种恶性肿瘤和移植术后患者，HIV感染史，其他感染性疾病; 2.合并角膜炎、葡萄膜炎、HCMV视网膜炎及除DR外合并其他眼部血管性/炎症疾病的患者; 3.近6个月内存在抗炎、激素/免疫抑制剂治疗史、急性疾病史者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Autoimmune diseases (systemic lupus erythematosus, systemic sclerosis), tuberculosis, psychiatric diseases, hypertension, atherocerosis patients with sclerosis, AMD, AID, pneumonia, myocarditis and various malignancies and post-transplantation, history of HIV infection, others infectious diseases; 2. Patients with keratitis, uveitis, HCMV retinitis and other ocular vascular/inflammatory diseases in addition to DR; 3. Those with a history of anti-inflammatory, hormone/immunosuppressant therapy, and acute illness in the past 6 months
