研究目的：

1.验证老年体智能综合测评和训练系统和平台的性能； 2.验证老年体智能综合测评和训练系统的可用性； 3.探究老年体智能综合测评和训练系统的测评与训练分级标准； 4.采集老年人体能、智能、人能的数据，建立数据库。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Verify the performance of the comprehensive assessment and training system and platform for geriatric body intelligence; 2. Verify the usability of the comprehensive assessment and training system for geriatric intelligence; 3. To explore the evaluation and training grading standards of the comprehensive assessment and training system of geriatric body intelligence; 4. Collect data on the physical fitness, intelligence, and human ability of the elderly, and establish a database.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄：60-75岁 （2）活动能力： 活动自如者； （3）认知能力： I识字，能区分麻将花色，能看懂系统提示； II无认知障碍或痴呆，无精神心理疾病； （4）健康状态： I未处于疾病的急性期或外科手术后的康复期； II无失明、耳聋、偏瘫等躯体残疾； III实验组老年人应不存在心梗、心绞痛、脑卒中等高风险疾病，且NYHA心功能应在I、II级。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age: 60-75 years old; (2) Mobility: Those who are free to move; (3) Cognitive ability: I can be literate, be able to distinguish mahjong suits, and be able to understand system prompts; II. No cognitive impairment or dementia, no mental illness; (4) Health status: I am not in the acute phase of the disease or in the recovery period after surgery; II. No physical disability such as blindness, deafness, hemiplegia, etc; The elderly in the III experimental group should not have high-risk diseases such as myocardial infarction, angina pectoris, and stroke, and the cardiac function of NYHA should be grade I and II.

排除标准：

(1) 依从性和参与度： 因为非实验因素或其他特殊情况不能坚持到实验结束的； (2) 健康状态： I排除任何患有新型冠状病毒肺炎的老年人； II排除入组前14日内到过境外或高风险地区或健康码为红色的老年人。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Adherence and Engagement: Those who cannot persist until the end of the experiment due to non-experimental factors or other special circumstances; (2) Health status: I exclude any elderly person with novel coronavirus pneumonia; II. Elderly people who have been to overseas or high-risk areas within 14 days before enrollment or whose health code is red are excluded.
