研究目的：

本临床研究旨在评价复合膳食纤维在医学营养疗法（MNT）治疗妊娠期糖尿病（GDM）中的作用，同时探讨从宏基因组肠道微生物群组成和功能变化的角度分析补充复合型膳食纤维改善妊娠期糖尿病的可能机制。  

Objectives of Study：

This clinical study was conducted to evaluate the role of complex dietary fiber in medical nutrition therapy (MNT) to treat gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM).The study aimed to investigate whether the metagenomic gut microbiota composition and function changes are related to gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) and can be modified by dietary supplements, complex dietary fiber.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

a. 孕前无糖尿病史；b. 无代谢性疾病；c. 单胎妊娠；d. 从未接受系统的糖尿病医学营养治疗

Inclusion criteria

a. No history of diabetes mellitus before pregnancy; b. No metabolic disease; c. Singleton pregnancy; d. Have never received systematic medical nutrition therapy for diabetes.

排除标准：

孕前糖尿病，高血压，甲状腺疾病； 多胎妊娠； 严重肝脏、肾脏、心脏功能障碍； 有吸烟饮酒史； 检查前1个月内使用抗生素。

Exclusion criteria：

Pre pregnancy diabetes, hypertension, thyroid disease; Multiple pregnancy; Severe liver, kidney, and heart dysfunction; Have a history of smoking and drinking; Use antibiotics within 1 month before examination.
