研究目的：

分析南京鼓楼医院2014年-2023年间诊断为EGE住院患者的内镜下活检的每高倍镜视野下嗜酸性粒细胞数的治疗前后的改善情况  

Objectives of Study：

Analysis of the improvement in the number of eosinophils per high magnification field of view of endoscopic biopsies in patients hospitalised with a diagnosis of EGE before and after treatment at Nanjing Gulou Hospital between 2014 and 2023

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合 Talley 诊断标准（需要同时达到 3 个条件：存在消化系统症状；组织学证据表明 EOS 浸润于胃肠道组织；除外其他可以导致组织及血液 EOS 增多的疾病）；（2）病例资料完整的患者（包括性别、年龄、BMI 等一般信息，临床症状、血常规、生化、胃肠镜、病理结果等辅助检查，治疗方案及预后情况）。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet Talley's diagnostic criteria (3 conditions need to be fulfilled at the same time: the presence of digestive symptoms; histological evidence of EOS infiltration in gastrointestinal tissues; and the exclusion of other diseases that can lead to an increase in EOS in tissues and blood); (2) Patients with complete case data (including general information such as gender, age, BMI, clinical symptoms, blood, biochemistry, gastrointestinal microscopy, pathological results, etc.); and (3) Patients with a good understanding of the disease. auxiliary examination, treatment plan and prognosis).

排除标准：

（1）非初次确诊的患者； （2）临床资料缺失或不全的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) patients who were not diagnosed for the first time; (2) patients with missing or incomplete clinical information.
