研究目的：

探讨重症患者应用神经肌肉电刺激（NMES）后血流动力学指标随时间的变化规律。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the changing law of hemodynamic indexes over time after applying neuromuscular electrical stimulation (NMES) in critically ill patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18岁； 2.入ICU后经评估Caprini风险评分≥5分（高危）； 3.入ICU后经超声检查无DVT。

Inclusion criteria

1. age >=18 years old; 2. Caprini risk score >=5 (high-risk) assessed after admission to the ICU; 3. no DVT by ultrasonography after admission to the ICU.

排除标准：

1.下肢血栓性静脉炎、癫痫患者； 2.植入心脏起搏器者； 3.腓总神经（粘贴电极片）处皮肤存在溃疡、外伤、皮炎、感染等原因而无法实施者； 4.对电极片过敏。

Exclusion criteria：

1. patients with thrombophlebitis of the lower limbs and epilepsy; 2. implantation of cardiac pacemakers; 3. the presence of ulcers, trauma, dermatitis, and infections in the skin at the peroneal nerve (where the electrode sheet is affixed) which prevented the implementation of the procedure; 4. allergy to electrode sheet Allergy.

NMES使用方法：（1）粘贴位置：将电极片粘贴在患者腓总神经处，腓总神经由腓骨头下方、腓骨上段外侧经过，即粘贴在腓骨头下一手指处即可，腓骨头为小腿外侧，膝关节下方的圆形突起；（2）干预时长：每日下午进行，每次2h。（3）刺激强度：NMES脉冲频率1Hz，脉冲宽度最大为560μS，7档强度可调节，建议3~4档，本研究采取3~4档。

Intervention：

NMES using method: (1) paste position: paste the electrode sheet at the patient's common peroneal nerve, the common peroneal nerve by the peroneal head below, the upper part of the fibula passes through the outside of the fibula, that is, paste in the peroneal head under the fibula can be a finger, the fibula head for the outside of the lower leg, the round protrusion below the knee joint; (2) intervention duration: daily afternoon, each time 2h. (3) stimulation intensity: NMES pulse frequency 1Hz, pulse width is maximum 560μS, 7-speed intensity is adjustable, 3~4 speeds are recommended, and 3~4 speeds were taken in this study.
