研究目的：

本试验旨在评估同伴导航策略在促进中国男男性行为者（MSM）中推广HIV自我检测（HIVST）二次传递的有效性。同时，评估同伴导航的方式是否能够接触更多首次接受艾滋病毒检测的受赠者，以及是否能够识别更多HIV阳性（反应）结果的人。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of a peer navigation strategy in promoting secondary distribution of HIV self-testing (HIVST) among men who have sex with men (MSM) in China. Additionally, it assesses whether the peer navigation approach can reach more first-time testers among the recipients and identify more individuals with HIV-positive (reactive) results.

纳入标准：

1、年龄为18周岁及以上；
2、出生时生理性别为男性；
3、自述有与其他男性发生性行为的历史；
4、表示愿意参与HIV自我检测（HIVST）干预的二次传递；
5、清楚表达同意参加本研究的意愿并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18 years or older;
2. Assigned male at birth;
3. Self-reported history of sexual activity with other men;
4. Willing to participate in the secondary distribution of the HIV self-testing (HIVST) intervention;
5. Clearly expresses consent to participate in this study and signs the informed consent form.

符合纳入标准且同意参与研究并提供唯一联系方式（手机号码或微信ID）的参与者将被随机分配到干预组（同伴导航）或对照组（标准HIVST二次传递），研究采用了区组随机化的方法，每个块的大小为4。研究人员将使用计算机生成的程序进行，保持 1:1 的平衡比例。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Participants who meet the inclusion criteria, consent to participate in the study, and provide a unique contact method (mobile number or WeChat ID) will be randomly assigned to either the intervention group (peer navigation) or the control group (standard HIVST secondary distribution). The study uses block randomization with a block size of 4. A computer-generated program will be used by the researchers to maintain a 1:1 balanced allocation ratio.
