研究目的：

1. 主要目的：建立一套适用于新乡地区儿童书写能力评估的常模体系。 2. 次要目的：基于评估结果，提出促进儿童书写能力发展的教育干预策略。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main objective: To establish a standardized system for assessing children's writing ability in Xinxiang area. 2. Secondary objective: Based on the evaluation results, propose educational intervention strategies to promote the development of children's writing ability.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄4-12岁； 2.男女不限； 3.获得同等条件和时间的正规学校教育； 4.双眼矫正视力1.0及以上； 5.自愿参与、签署知情同意书并能配合完成评估。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 4-12 years old; 2.Men and women are not limited; 3.Obtain formal school education with equal conditions and time; 4.Corrective visual acuity of 1.0 or above for both eyes; 5.Voluntarily participate, sign an informed consent form, and be able to cooperate in completing the evaluation.

排除标准：

1.斜视、弱视及其他眼部器质性疾病； 2.既往有癫痫、脑部损伤等神经系统疾病病史者； 3.严重内科疾病（心脏起搏器、肝肾功能不全、传染性疾病等）； 4.其他躯体、神经及心理疾病或情绪不稳定者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Strabismus, amblyopia, and other organic eye diseases; 2.Individuals with a history of neurological disorders such as epilepsy and brain damage; 3.Serious internal medicine diseases (pacemakers, liver and kidney dysfunction, infectious diseases, etc.); 4.Individuals with other physical, neurological, and psychological disorders or emotional instability.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究正式开始前会对所有参与研究的研究员进行同质化培训，填写病例记录表，电子数据实施双录入excel，所有数据将由独立的研究员进行单独管理，并设有研究质量控制与监督小组专门负责本研究的监查等内容，多方面确保研究质量。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Before the official start of this study, homogenization training will be provided to all participating researchers, who will fill out case record forms and implement dual entry of electronic data into Excel. All data will be managed separately by independent researchers, and a research quality control and supervision team will be established to oversee the monitoring of this study, ensuring the quality of the research in multiple aspects.
