研究目的：

初步探索膝骨关节炎内翻畸形与前交叉韧带功能不全的相关性，并通过此相关性对X线诊断膝骨关节炎继发前交叉韧带功能不全提供依据  

Objectives of Study：

Preliminary exploration of the correlation between varus deformity in knee osteoarthritis and anterior cruciate ligament deficiency, and providing a basis for the X-ray radiograph of diagnosis of anterior cruciate ligament deficiency in knee osteoarthritis through this correlation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄50-85岁，性别不限； 2.既往被诊断为膝骨关节炎； 3.接受过望京医院骨关节二科的膝关节置换术治疗； 4.术前症状为局限性膝关节内侧间隙疼痛； 5.术前下肢负重 X 线片膝关节内侧间隙较外侧显著变窄，甚至消失； 6.病历资料完整。

Inclusion criteria

1.Between 50 and 85 years old, with no limitation on gender. 2.Having been previously diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis. 3.Having received knee arthroplasty treatment in the Second Department of Bone and Joint of Wangjing Hospital. 4.The preoperative symptom was localized pain in the medial compartment of the knee joint. 5.On the preoperative weight-bearing X-ray films of the lower extremities, the medial compartment of the knee joint was significantly narrowed compared to the lateral compartment, or even disappeared. 6.Medical record data is complete.

排除标准：

1.膝关节曾有外伤史； 2.膝关节曾有其它手术史； 3.继发性膝关节炎，如类风湿性膝关节炎、感染性膝关节炎； 4.内侧副韧带撕裂； 5.病历资料不完整。

Exclusion criteria：

1.With a history of trauma in the knee joint. 2.With a history of other surgeries on the knee joint. 3.Secondary knee arthritis, such as rheumatoid knee arthritis or infectious knee arthritis. 4.With a medial collateral ligament tear. 5.Medical record data is incomplete.

金标准或参考标准（即可准确诊断某疾病的单项方法或多项联合方法，在本研究中用于诊断是否有该病的临床参考标准）：

以膝关节置换术中观察的前交叉韧带状态为金标准，分为5级：1级：前交叉韧带尚完整；2级：前交叉韧带滑膜部分损伤或消失；3级：纤维束裸露呈束状；4级：纤维束连续性存在，但拉伸缺乏强度；5级：前交叉韧带纤维束部分断裂或消失。4-5级为前交叉韧带功能不全。

Gold Standard or Reference Standard (The clinical reference standards required to establish the presence or absence of the target condition in the tested population in present study):

Take the state of the anterior cruciate ligament observed during knee arthroplasty as the gold standard,and it is divided into 5 grades: Grade 1: The anterior cruciate ligament is still intact; Grade 2: The synovial part of the anterior cruciate ligament is damaged or disappeared; Grade 3: The fiber bundles are exposed and appear in bundles; Grade 4: The continuity of the fiber bundles exists, but there is a lack of strength when stretched; Grade 5: Part of the fiber bundles of the anterior cruciate ligament are ruptured or disappeared. Grades 4-5 indicate anterior cruciate ligament Deficiency.

指标试验（即本研究的待评估诊断试验，无论为方法、生物标志物或设备，均请列出名称）：

下肢全长负重位X线片的股骨远端外侧机械轴角、胫骨近端内侧机械轴角、股骨远端外侧解剖角、胫骨近端内侧解剖角、髋-膝-踝角、股胫角、胫骨股骨关节线夹角；膝关节外翻应力X线片的股胫角、胫骨股骨关节线夹角；膝关节侧位X线片的胫骨近端最大磨损点；膝关节核磁的前交叉韧带分级。

Index test:

The distal femoral lateral mechanical axis angle, proximal tibial medial mechanical axis angle, distal femoral lateral anatomical angle, proximal tibial medial anatomical angle, hip-knee-ankle angle, femorotibial angle, tibiofemoral joint line angle on the full-length weight-bearing radiographs of the lower extremities; the femorotibial angle and tibiofemoral joint line angle on the valgus stress radiographs of the knee joint; the maximum wear point of the proximal tibia on the lateral radiographs of the knee joint; the grading of the anterior cruciate ligament on MRI of the knee joint.
