研究目的：

探索不同头部位置的摆放对行胸腔镜手术的患者双腔管插管时的心血管反应的影响及诱导期间舒芬太尼ED50的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effects of different head positions on cardiovascular response during double-lumen tube intubation in patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery and the effect of sufentanil ED50 during induction.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄18-65岁；（2）择期行全身麻醉的胸科手术患者；（3）美国麻醉医师协会(American Society of Anesthesiologist，ASA)分级I-III级；（4）性别不限；（5）非急诊手术；（6）获取患者知情同意，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age 18-65 years old; (2) Thoracic surgery patients undergoing general anesthesia at the scheduled date; (3) American Society of Anesthesiologist (ASA) grade I-III; (4) Gender is not limited; (5) non-emergency surgery; (6) Obtain informed consent from patients and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

预期有困难气道；颈椎病；术前声音嘶哑、支气管哮喘、气道高反应史；术前肝功能、肾功能异常、心功能不全、心率及心律失常及冠心病；存在认知功能障碍及精神病史的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients who are expected to have a difficult airway; cervical spondylosis; history of preoperative hoarseness, bronchial asthma, airway hyperresponsiveness; Preoperative liver function, renal function abnormalities, cardiac insufficiency, heart rate and arrhythmia and coronary heart disease; Patients with a history of cognitive dysfunction and psychiatric disorders.
