研究目的：

收集镍钛合金紫杉醇洗脱血管支架（Eluvia）治疗长段（≥15cm）股腘动脉狭窄及闭塞性疾病的真实世界数据（RWD），获得中国患者人群使用Eluvia治疗的有效性、安全性数据，同时收集真实临床实践中使用的手术方式及预后数据。  

Objectives of Study：

Collect real-world data (RWD) on the use of Eluvia for the treatment of long segment (≥ 15cm) femoral and popliteal artery stenosis and occlusive diseases, obtain effectiveness and safety data of Eluvia treatment in the Chinese patient population, and collect surgical methods and prognosis data used in real clinical practice.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

? 年满18岁的患者 ? 病变长度≥15cm（单个病变长度≥15cm，两个病变间隔≤3cm可视作一个病变） ? Rutherford 2级及以上 ? 签署知情同意书 ? 使用镍钛合金紫杉醇洗脱血管支架(Eluvia)治疗的股浅动脉及腘动脉近段狭窄及闭塞性疾病的患者, 参考血管直径 (RVD) 范围为 4.0 mm-6.0 mm。

Inclusion criteria

? Patients over 18 years old; ? Lesion(s) length ≥ 15cm (single lesion ≥ 15cm, multiple segments with interval length no longer than 3cm can be seen as one lesion); ? Rutherford category grade 2 or above; ? Sign informed consent form; ? Treatment of patients with long segment SFA and/or PPA stenosis or occlusive disease using Eluvia, reference vessel diameter 4.0-6.0 mm.

排除标准：

? 预期寿命不满1年 ? 基线手术期间靶病变使用减容器械或IVL器械的患者 ? 基线手术期间靶病变置入裸支架或覆膜支架的患者

Exclusion criteria：

? Life expectation less than 1 year; ? Use of IVL or other debulking devices in the target lesion during the index procedure; ? Bare metal stent(s) and/or covered stent(s) implanted in the target lesion during the index procedure.
