研究目的:

研究分析间歇性缺氧训练和间歇性禁食单独或联合对超重/肥胖大学生执行功能和BDNF表达的影响,及不同组合模式下的脑区协同功能和认知神经机制差异。  

Objectives of Study:

This study analyzed the effects of intermittent hypoxia training and intermittent fasting alone or combined on executive function and BDNF expression in overweight/obese college students, as well as the differences in brain synergistic function and cognitive neural mechanisms under different combination modes.

纳入标准:

本研究以大学生为受试者。受试者纳入标准: 1) 受试者年龄段为17~25岁; 2) 肥胖超重大学生,即23≤BMI<28为超重,BMI≥28为肥胖;

Inclusion criteria

The subjects of this study were college students. Inclusion criteria: 1) Age group of subjects was 17~25 years old; 2) Obese and overweight college students, that is, 23≤BMI < 28 is overweight, BMI≥28 is obese;

排除标准:

根据体能活动准备问卷(PAR-Q)确定的安全从事运动的能力; 4)正常智力(韦氏智力测验少儿版>90) (注:卓越>120,优秀= 90-100,低= 70-89); 5)视力正常或接近正常,无色盲; 6)无脑损伤或精神疾病史;7) 国际身体活动问卷(IPAQ)得分< 1500代谢当量/周。

Exclusion criteria:

The ability to safely engage in sports as determined by the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q); 4) Normal intelligence (Merriam-Webster Intelligence Test for Children >90) (Note: Excellent >120, excellent = 90-100, low = 70-89); 5) Normal or nearly normal vision, no color blindness; 6) No history of brain injury or mental illness; 7) International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ) score < 1500 metabolic equivalent/week.

Simulated altitude of 2500 m - 3000 m (oxygen concentration: 13.7% - 14.7%). The intermittent hypoxic exercise regimen consisted of 5min hypoxic treadmill exercise each time (blood oxygen saturation decreased to 80-85%) +3min normal oxygen intermittent exercise (blood oxygen saturation recovered to 95%) for one cycle, a total of 6-8 cycles, 3 times a week, a total of 8 weeks of intervention. The running speed is 6-7km/h, and the heart rate is controlled at 120-150 times/min.
