纳入标准：

①唾液可替宁检测阳性，且近1个月平均每日吸烟5支以上②年龄18至65周岁③有主动戒烟意愿④签订知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

Positive cotinine saliva test, and an average of more than 5 cigarettes per day in the past month; Age between 18 and 65 years old; Active to quit smoking; Signed informed consent form;

排除标准：

①手机不能接收戒烟微信公众号推送的信息②曾经或正在参加戒烟或其他干预实验；③诊断为精神分裂症或双相情感障碍等严重精神障碍；④干预对象自述在入组前两周内有严重过敏史、哮喘控制不佳或突发心脏病等心脑血管疾病事件；⑤存在透皮尼古丁贴片疗法禁忌证（如乳胶过敏）的干预对象；⑥怀孕、计划怀孕或哺乳期妇女；⑦研究人员认为其他原因不适合参加试验。

Exclusion criteria：

Unable to receive messages from the smoking cessation WeChat public account on the mobile phone; Having participated in or currently participating in smoking cessation or other intervention studies; Diagnosed with severe mental disorders such as schizophrenia or bipolar disorder; The intervention subjects reported having a history of severe allergies, poor asthma control, or sudden cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease events within the two weeks prior to enrollment; Presence of contraindications for transdermal nicotine patch therapy (such as latex allergy); Pregnant women, women planning to become pregnant, or nursing mothers; Researchers consider other reasons that make participation in the trial unsuitable.
