研究目的：

探讨不同吸入性麻醉剂对老年患者气管插管全麻的安全性和疗效优势迫在眉睫，为老年患者气管插管全麻选择吸入性麻醉剂提供新参考。  

Objectives of Study：

It is extremely urgent to explore the safety and therapeutic advantages of different inhalation anesthetics for general anesthesia with tracheal intubation in elderly patients, and to provide a new reference for the selection of inhalation anesthetics for general anesthesia with tracheal intubation in elderly patients.

纳入标准：

所有患者年龄均大于等于65周岁小于90周岁，均需在气管插管全麻下行手术治疗。

Inclusion criteria

All patients were aged 65 years or older and less than 90 years old, and all required surgical treatment under general anesthesia with tracheal intubation.
