研究目的：

本研究旨在探究嗜黏蛋白阿克曼菌改善难治性高血压患者降压药物敏感性的试验研究时的可能作用机制。为难治性高血压的治疗提供新靶点。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to investigate the possible mechanism of action of Akkermansia mucoptin in a pilot study to improve antihypertensive drug sensitivity in patients with refractory hypertension. It provides a new target for the treatment of refractory hypertension.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

难治性性高血压组入选标准按照中国难治性高血压诊断和治疗指南 2020版：在改善生活方式的基础上，使用足够剂量而且搭配合理的三种或三种以上降压药物（包括1种利尿剂在内），血压仍不能控制在140/90mmHg以下 。

Inclusion criteria

The inclusion criteria of the refractory hypertension group are in accordance with the 2020 edition of the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Refractory Hypertension: on the basis of lifestyle improvement, the blood pressure cannot be controlled below 140/90mmHg with three or more antihypertensive drugs (including one diuretic) in sufficient dosage and with reasonable combination.

排除标准：

1）恶性肿瘤、严重全身感染性疾病、血液系统疾病及器官移植病史；2）严重心力衰竭、甲状腺功能亢进、甲状腺功能减低等；3）严重肝、肾功能障碍等。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Malignant tumors, severe systemic infectious diseases, hematologic diseases, and history of organ transplantation; 2) severe heart failure, hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, etc.; 3) severe liver and kidney dysfunction, etc.
