研究目的：

目的：1、探索PD前驱症状（如快动眼睡眠障碍、便秘、嗅觉减退等）高危人群的多模式筛查工具（临床量表评估、中脑彩超、磁共振成像、多导睡眠图、直立倾斜试验等），并建立PD高危人群队列 2、筛查PD高危人群，研究前驱期转化为PD 的特点  

Objectives of Study：

Purpose: 1. To explore multimodal screening tools (clinical scale evaluation, midbrain ultrasound, magnetic resonance imaging, polysomnography, orthostatic tilt table test, etc.) for high-risk individuals with PD prodromal symptoms (such as rapid eye movement sleep disorder, constipation, olfactory impairment, etc.), and to establish a queue of high-risk individuals for PD 2. Screening high-risk individuals for PD and studying the characteristics of conversion from prodromal phase to PD

纳入标准：

PD 前驱期组：2020 年 10 月至 2023 年 10 月在连云港市第二人民医院就诊的符合 2015MDS-帕金森病前驱期诊断标准前驱期年龄>50 岁患者。 对照组：健康人群

Inclusion criteria

PD prodromal group: patients aged 50 years who meet the 2015MDS-Parkinson's disease prodro>mal diagnostic criteria who meet the 2015MDS-Parkinson's disease prodromal stage diagnosis criteria from October 2020 to October 2023. Control group: healthy people

排除标准：

PD 前驱期组：颅内器质性疾病、精神类疾病、严重全身性疾病、严重认知功能障碍、继发性帕金森综合征等其它锥体外系疾病及家族史。 对照组：其他神经系统疾病病史，如路易体痴呆、阿尔茨海默氏病、颅脑血管性疾病等，无精神病药物服用史。

Exclusion criteria：

PD prodromal group: intracranial organic diseases, psychiatric diseases, severe systemic diseases, severe cognitive impairment, secondary parkinsonism and other extrapyramidal diseases and family history. Control group: history of other neurological diseases, such as dementia with Lewy bodies, Alzheimer's disease, craniocerebrovascular disease, etc., without history of psychotic medication.
