研究目的：

探究一种新型睡眠监测设备与多导睡眠监测（PSG）相比诊断睡眠呼吸障碍疾病的真实性、可靠性和预测值。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the validation, precision and predictive value of a new sleep monitoring device compared with polysomnography (PSG) in diagnosing sleep disordered breathing.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.可配合完成整夜多导睡眠监测（PSG）；
2.总睡眠时间（TST）≥4小时；
3.快速眼动（REM）睡眠时间≥15min；

Inclusion criteria

1.Complete overnight polysomnographic sleep monitoring (PSG); 2.Total sleep time (TST) >=4 hours; 3.Rapid eye movement (REM) sleep duration >=15min;

排除标准：

1.基本信息不完整；
2.沟通障碍，不能配合；

1.Basic information is incomplete;
2.Communication breakdown, inability to cooperate;

Overnight PSG apnea hypopnea index (AHI) >=5 (times/hour)

整夜毫米波雷达睡眠呼吸监测（Tsingray）收集睡眠监测指标，包括呼吸暂停低通气指数（Apnea hypopnea index, AHI）、平均动脉血氧饱和度（SaO2）、最低 SaO2 、微觉醒指数(Arousal index, Ari)、睡眠结构总结、睡眠分期等。

Overnight millimeter-wave radar sleep breathing monitoring (Tsingray) collects sleep monitoring indicators, It includes Apnea hypopnea index (AHI), mean arterial oxygen saturation (SaO2), minimum SaO2, Arousal index (Ari), summary of sleep structure, sleep stages, etc.
