研究目的：

基于多参数MRI生境成像可视化和量化前列腺癌瘤内异质性，找寻高危生境亚区行靶向活检；并结合前列腺根治性切除术结果与MRI靶向穿刺对比，探索生境成像对于MRI靶向穿刺更精准的指导意义。  

Objectives of Study：

Using multi-parameter MRI habitat imaging to visualize and quantify the internal heterogeneity of prostate cancer, this study identified high-risk habitat subareas for targeted biopsy. Furthermore, by comparing the results of radical prostatectomy with those of MRI-targeted biopsies, the study explored the guiding significance of habitat imaging in improving the accuracy of MRI-targeted puncture.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄18-75岁；性别男 2. PSA水平4-20ng/ml或直肠指检（DRE）结果异常 3. PI-RADS评分3-5分病变 4. 患者同意参加本试验，自愿签署知情同意书的患者

Inclusion criteria

1. Ages between 18 and 75 years old; males only 2. Abnormal PSA levels between 4-20ng/ml or abnormal findings on digital rectal examination (DRE) 3. PI-RADS score ranging from 3 to 5 points 4. Patients who voluntarily agree to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form

排除标准：

1. 既往前列腺癌病理诊断或治疗史 2. 前列腺癌家族史 3. 合并其他原发性恶性肿瘤 4. MRI序列不足或图像质量差 5. MRI检查或活检禁忌症 6. 使用影响PSA的药物 7. 临床分期＞T3a或未接受前列腺根治性切除术（RP） 8. MRI与活检时间间隔＞3个月，与RP时间间隔＞6个月

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of pathological diagnosis or prior treatment for prostate cancer. 2. Presence of a family history of prostate cancer 3. Existence of other primary malignancies 4. Inadequate MRI sequences or poor image quality 5. Contraindications to undergoing MRI examination or biopsy 6. Use of medications known to affect PSA levels 7. Clinical stage of prostate cancer greater than T3a or no intention to undergo radical prostatectomy (RP) 8. The time interval between MRI and biopsy being more than 3 months, and the time interval between MRI and RP being more than 6 months.
