观察白天接受手术及夜间接受手术对患者术后康复，并发症发生率及预后的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effects of daytime surgery and nighttime surgery on postoperative recovery, complication rate and prognosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18岁， ASA分级I-III级； 2.拟在全身麻醉或全麻联合区域神经阻滞麻醉下进行脊柱手术。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >=18 years old, ASA grade I-III; 2. Spinal surgery is to be performed under general anesthesia or combined with regional nerve block anesthesia.

排除标准：

1.急诊手术； 2.ASA≥4级 3.资料不全的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Emergency surgery; 2.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade >= IV, 3. Patients with incomplete data.
